Ed Sullivan is a phenomenal inspector. I have purchased two houses, and used him both times. When the time comes to purchase a third house, he will again be my inspector. He shows up early and takes plenty of time with every aspect of the house. He is thorough, and points out even the smallest items dealing with the house. As he reviews the inspection report with you, he will explain every item he has found, and in as much detail as you want. He will walk you around the house and explain any questions you have, or any clarification you need. Feel free to point out anything you have questions about, he will be more than happy to give you advice or suggestions on what needs to be done.I will even be calling Ed after I have owned my house for a few years, to see what in the house has changed, so I can fix it to prevent large future expenses. I can't imagine a more competent, thorough, personable, and overall excellent inspector.
